This year Canada and Austria celebrate the 70th anniversary of their diplomatic relations. On this occasion, the Canadian Embassy in Vienna and the Austrian Embassy in Ottawa, in cooperation with the Austrian startup ARTIVIVE, launched the artistic competition “Austria & Canada: a unique bond“. The winning artworks will be displayed at Gallery 55, located in the historic ByWard Market, from May 10th until May 29th. Visitors will not only be able to view the artworks in the classical sense, but will also have the opportunity to immerse into an Augmented Reality experience via the Artivive app.
