A trip to Wang's Noodle house at 55 ByWard Market Square!
With Zackery Liberty

I had the chance to try out Wang's Noodle House in ByWard this week. Chihhuang Wang, owner and cook, informed me that Wang's has been in business since November 2001 and is the longest-running bubble tea shop in Ottawa!

Specializing in Taiwanese cuisine, Wang decided to set up shop in the ByWard Market due to its reputation as an international tourist area.

I had the chance to try out their Barbecue Chicken and Rice as well as their popular Wonton Noodle Soup. I must say, the chicken was some of the best i've had in a while. Perfectly spiced and fall-off-the bone delicious.

Their hottest items are their Bubble Tea, Wonton Noodle Soup, and Taiwanese Lu Pork Rice. Looks like I'll need to go back and try their other menu items, as well!

Mr. Wang mentioned that he's been able to make many good friends from all over the world here in ByWard.

Be sure to check out Wang's Noodle house - a ByWard Market Staple.
